Prices for internal and external users
We aim to teach and educate our users to become autonomous researchers. However in the beginning the service support is free of charge. Also if you have some trouble or a question, please ask, we will not debit this kind of support. Whereas we reserve the right to account you for longer individual support by a member of staff after an appropriate initial period. The usage of OICE equipment is currently priced as follows:
Standard hourly rates for internal users:

| MP STED (Grade III): | 35 EUR/hour |

| Usage of ERU developed devices: (technical/scientific support included) | 50 - 75 EUR/hour |

| Service support grade II: | 40 EUR/hour |

Standard hourly rates for external users:
External users pay two times the standard hourly rates.
Calculation:
The first hour is always calculated in full. Thereafter, usage time is attributed in intervals of 30 minutes. Multiphoton devices have to be booked for a minimum of 2 hours.
