On romulus we host a radicale calendar server to keep track of our appointments. Currently, the following calendars are available:

• seminars: Dates for lectures, workshops, seminars, demos, etc. (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/seminars.ics/)
• visitors: Dates for external visitors (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/visitors.ics/)
• meetings: Dates for internal meetings and meetings with users, etc (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/meetings.ics/)
• maintainance: Dates for instrument maintainance (external and internal) (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/maintainance.ics/)
• ralf_official: Official calendar for Ralf (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/ralf_official.ics/)
• out_of_office (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/out-of-office.ics/)
• SFB: Work for SFB which is not in PPMS, e.g. planning, post-processing etc. (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/sfb.ics/)
• Deadlines: Important deadlines line abstract submission deadlines for conferences etc. (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/deadlines.ics/)
• Tina: At which dates is Tina (not) at the OICE (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/tina.ics/)

More calendars can be added as we find need for it.

Access to the calendars is granted to members of the oice-calendar GOsa group. Login and password are the usual OICE credentials.

MS Outlook cannot natively handle CalDAV calendars and therefore needs the CalDAV Synchronizer plugin.
