OICE Calendars
On romulus we host a radicale calendar server to keep track of our appointments. Currently, the following calendars are available:
- seminars: Dates for lectures, workshops, seminars, demos, etc.
- visitors: Dates for external visitors
- meetings: Dates for internal meetings and meetings with users, etc
- maintainance: Dates for instrument maintainance (external and internal)
- ralf_official: Official calendar for Ralf
More calendars can be added as we find need for it.
Access to the calendars
Access to the calendars is granted to members of the oice-calendar GOsa group. Login and password are the usual OICE credentials.
Using thunderbird as client
Using Outlook as client
MS Outlook cannot natively handle CalDAV calendars and therefore needs the CalDAV Synchronizer plugin.
