On romulus we host a radicale calendar server to keep track of our appointments. Currently, the following calendars are available:

• seminars: Dates for lectures, workshops, seminars, demos, etc.
• visitors: Dates for external visitors
• meetings: Dates for internal meetings and meetings with users, etc
• maintainance: Dates for instrument maintainance (external and internal)
• ralf_official: Official calendar for Ralf

More calendars can be added as we find need for it.
