====== OICE Calendars ======

On romulus we host a [[http://radicale.org/|radicale]] calendar server to keep track of our appointments. Currently, the following calendars are available:

  * **OICE General**: Dates for meetings, workshops, seminars, visitors, demos, etc. (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/oice-general.ics/)
  * **Maintenance**: Dates for instrument maintenance (external and internal) (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/maintainance.ics/)
  * **Seminar-Room**: Seminar room usage (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/seminar-room.ics/)
  * **Out of office**: (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/out-of-office.ics/)
  * **Deadlines**: Important deadlines line abstract submission deadlines for conferences etc. (DAV url: https://romulus.oice.uni-erlangen.de/radicale/deadlines.ics/)

========= Access to the calendars =========
Access to the calendars is granted to members of the oice-calendar GOsa group. Login and password are the usual OICE credentials.

========= Using Outlook as client =========

MS Outlook cannot natively handle CalDAV calendars and therefore needs the [[https://sourceforge.net/projects/outlookcaldavsynchronizer/ | CalDAV Synchronizer plugin]].
